Front of House (FOH) - Ticket Taker
Ticket Takers work closely with the Ticketing Team and Front of House (FOH) Manager. This busy role requires you to tear or scan tickets at venues and sites, provide information about the festival with good humour and a smile on your face.
Skills/Requirements
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Knowledge about your venue or site and the surrounding area
- Calm and collected demeanour during stressful and busy times
- FOH experience considered an asset

- Provide on-site information and directions to patrons
