Patient and Family Advisors help to shape healthcare in Alberta. By providing input on specific healthcare discussions/initiatives, based upon their unique perspectives from their personal health care experiences.
Type of involvement depends on the advisors, interests, experiences and availability. They may be required to attend regular meetings and/or sit on sub-committees or project teams.
