1.c - RibFest Event Opportunities - BAR -Servers/Pourers
The volunteer will be responsible for taking orders for beverages and serving the orders. They will also be responsible for taking the tickets from the patrons and destroying the tickets so they cannot be used again. This position requires someone who is friendly even when it gets hectic, works well with others, and who is not afraid to say “no” to a patron who does not require another drink. Must have Valid Smart Serve Certification.
Qualifications Required
- Age range Must be at least 18
- Do you have Smart Serve training? Must be Yes
- When did you receive your Smart Serve Certificate? Must be at least Certificate before July 2023
- Able to stand for extended periods of time Must be Yes
- How much weight can you lift safely and comfortably? Must be at least < 5kg (11 pounds)
