The White Rock/South Surrey Food Bank is seeking a passionate and community-minded Garden Lead to oversee two community food gardens located at the White Rock/South Surrey Food Bank and the South Surrey Recreation & Arts Centre. Working alongside a dedicated team of volunteers, this role helps grow fresh produce that is donated directly to local food bank clients.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys gardening, community engagement, and making a meaningful impact on local food security. The successful candidate will help coordinate volunteers, maintain productive garden spaces, and support sustainable food-growing practices in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
