We are looking forward to your support to assist us at our Donor Appreciation Event 

Date: October 28th, 2026

Time: 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm 

Location: 2-240 Edward St. Aurora.

Dress Code: Business casual/formal (dark colours only please)

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 Volunteers
• Need to be able to stand/ sit for a long period of time
• Light lifting required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Bring ice in and set up drinks
• One vol at door with fob, one vol helping with coats
• Supporting with any tasks required throughout the event 
• Event Tear Down, all rental items to be placed back in foyer, put DAY program room back together
