Time: 2:00 pm - 4:30 pm 

Location: 2-240 Edward St. Aurora.

Dress Code: Wear comfortable clothing and shoes

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 Volunteers
• Need to be able to stand/ sit for a long period of time
• Light lifting required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Blow up, tie and arrange balloons 
• Room Set Up
• Registration table at program door entrance with name badges, sharpies, check in list, forget me not pins & flower centre piece
• Podium from board room to be moved to DAY centre
• Move rentals into kitchen
• Balloons & ASYR pop up banner brought to podium
• Place table cloths on tables
• Place centre pieces on tables
