Fun Farm - Volunteer Branch Committee Secretary

Fun Farm supports teenagers and adults with disabilities and their families, friends, and carers in engaging in experiences and opportunities for skill development, connection, and fun.

Fun Farm embraces the social model of disability. They aim to create social change that allows people with disabilities to participate in society on an equal basis with others.

What does a Branch Secretary do?

Branch Committees are leaders who help shape and steer an organisation. They represent the organisation at events and help ensure goals are achievable and achieved! Fun Farm has established a dynamic Branch Committee that will assist in maintaining, growing, and strengthening its community group.

Branch Secretary tasks include:

  • support the aims and objectives of the organisation
  • set agenda and attend and contribute to quarterly Committee meetings and Annual General Meeting
  • take and distribute minutes
  • manage ASIC requirements
  • be over 18 years of age

The Fun Farm values volunteers and their contributions. If you're looking to join an organisation and build something incredible from the ground up, get in touch today!
