Our Mission:

Giving refuge to abandoned and surrendered cats and dogs until permanently re-homed and educating the community on responsible pet ownership.

Our Aims and Objectives:

The Sunshine Coast Animal Refuge aims to:

  • Provide a refuge for as many impounded and surrendered animals that can be physically catered for

  • Ensure all animals at the Refuge are given the best care and medical treatment until re-homed

  • Microchip and desex all animals who find their way to the Refuge

  • Promote responsible pet ownership through an education programme and the media

  • Maintain a non-euthanasia policy
