Welcome to the UCalgary Residence Volunteer Portal

We are excited that you are interested in volunteering with UCalgary Residence. Volunteers are what help us make Residence Move-in day a great success, show off how amazing residence is to incoming students as well as help our residents have a great and safe time while living with us.

There are a few times a year where we will be requesting volunteers. If you are interested please visit our website for volunteer opportunities or check to see if anything is currently active in our Volunteer Portal.

Volunteer Application Process

To gain access to UCalgary Residence Volunteer Portal, complete the following steps:

1. Click on the red button on the right-and side of this screen that says "Fill in an application", and complete the application form.
   
   
2. Complete the mandatory Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) training. This is an online, self-paced training that takes less than 10 minutes. The training includes a self-paced PowerPoint presentation followed by a multiple choice quiz. 
   
   You are required to complete your mandatory OHS training program prior to being able to be allowed to volunteer for a program with us. 
   
   
3. Once you have completed the Occupational Health and Safety training and requested to be a volunteer for a specific role, your application will be reviewed. You will receive an email notification once your application has been accepted.
