Knoxville Botanical Garden and Arboretum

Be the friendly face that helps guests find their way into an evening of music and magic. As a Parking Attendant & Wayfinder, you'll guide cars into the Garden's various lots, keep an eye on which areas are filling up, and redirect guests to open spaces as the evening unfolds. You'll be many visitors' first hello - setting the tone for a night of discovery among the gardens.

What you'll do:

• Direct incoming and departing traffic across multiple parking areas
• Monitor lot capacity and redirect guests to alternate parking as needed
• Answer quick questions about where to go and what's happening
• Help create a smooth, welcoming arrival experience from the very first moment

Perfect for: Volunteers who enjoy being outdoors, staying active, and interacting with a steady stream of new faces throughout the evening. And you're invited to stick around for the music as long as you'd like.

All volunteers will be provided a pre-event orientation upon arrival, so you'll have everything you need to confidently point guests in the right direction.
