Employment Support

Want to help others find a job? For our persons served, employment can be one important part of the journey toward wellness and recovery. Our Evidence Based Supported Employment Program helps place individuals interested in entering the work force directly into competitive employment  (minimum wage or higher) where they are supported and coached for success.

We welcome volunteers to provide support in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, job coaching, researching positions entrepreneurship, dressing for success, interviewing, resume building.  In addition, volunteers with different professional backgrounds can talk about their career(s), work ethics, hiring process, etc.

Volunteers need to have experience or interest in leading classes or workshops, a desire to help others,  and an awareness and compassion towards individuals living with mental health and/or substance use disorders.
