About the Role:
As a Hospitality Associate volunteer, you provide valuable support to patients and visitors, helping them navigate the hospital with a welcoming smile and wayfinding assistance. Your role helps reduce confusion and anxiety for patients, clients, and family members. This includes:

  • Greeting and assisting patients and visitors
  • Providing directions and wayfinding support throughout the hospital
  • Assisting with access to amenities such as the cafeteria, gift shop, auditorium, meeting spaces, and restrooms
  • Answering general questions and directing inquiries to the appropriate resources

Shifts Available:

  • Shift available: Friday:  8.00am -10:30 am 

Skills & Qualities Needed:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, welcoming, and approachable manner
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
