- Must be 16 years of age or older
About the Role:
As a Registration Associate volunteer, you help patients feel welcome and reduce any apprehension they may experience when arriving for appointments or admissions. Your support ensures a smooth and efficient registration process. This includes:
- Welcoming and directing patients registering for inpatient or outpatient appointments or admissions
- Assisting patients with registration as needed
- Helping maintain an orderly and efficient registration environment
- Providing general support to staff and patients to ensure a positive registration experience
Shifts Available:
- Shift available: Wednesday - 8.00-11.00, Friday -8.00-11.00 (Casual)
- Volunteers are needed for casual coverage to fill additional shifts as required (Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 11:00 am and 11:00 am – 2:00 pm)
Skills & Qualities Needed:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, welcoming, and approachable manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
