ZICUSO Volunteering Programs - Food Distribution
The ZICUSO Food Distribution Program is dedicated to providing essential food resources to individuals and families within our community. Ensuring that no one in our community goes hungry, and everyone has access to the nourishment they deserve.
Volunteer Responsibilities
- Welcoming community members and checking them in.
- Ensuring that food items are easy to distribute.
- Packaging food into boxes or bags that can be distributed to families
- Helping with setting up tables or stations where community members will receive food.
- Regularly cleaning work areas, tables, and any equipment used during the distribution.
- Answering questions about the food being distributed or other community services that may be available.
Qualifications Required
- Volunteer Ethics Training Must be Completed
- Privacy and Confidentiality Training Must be Completed
