Here's when MCRs reach just a few people, on a personal level.

• Address specific waste actions.
• Fit the "ask" for the needs of that person.
• Most of the communication is one-on-one and direct.

The Reuse Centre highlights the second R – Reuse. It has three goals:

1. promote the idea and benefits of reuse
2. provide affordable items to organizations and individuals, and
3. divert waste from landfill.

The Reuse Centre accepts various items from Edmonton residents free of charge and makes them available, for a nominal fee, to organizations and individuals for reuse.
