Concierge/ Greeter
- Greet and welcome all patients and visitors to the hospital.
- Encourage the use of hand sanitiser stations when people enter.
- Assist with wayfinding and directions.
- Provide assistance with patient escorts in wheelchairs.
- Assist with general enquiries.
Must undertake wheelchair training for this role.
