Haeata Breakfast Service - HomeGround (Hobson Street)
Assisting our chef to prep and serve a hot breakfast to our community.
Days Available: Monday-Sunday (365 Days a year)
Shift Times: 7.30am-11.30am (often earlier finish)

Activities Include:
- Preparing food for serving
- Food service
- General kitchen duties such as dishes and cleaning before, during and after service.
- Stacking of shelves/ topping up supplies
- Maintaining cleanliness in the dining room and back of house areas during service.
Requirements:
- Minimum volunteer age is 18 years to participate in this activity. This is largely due to the role being more client facing.
- All volunteers must complete a criminal convictions check before beginning on shift.
- Please note that we cannot provide volunteering in relation to community services hours, or those with current/active charges.
- This is suitable for groups of up to 5 volunteers at a time.
Parking: There is unfortunately no on site parking at the Mission HomeGround. Where possible we recommend walking or public transport.
