Lloydminster - Jubilee Home - Palliative Care Volunteer
Be there when it matters most.
Palliative care volunteers provide comfort and a supportive presence during the end-of-life journey. Whether sitting quietly, holding a hand, listening, talking, or offering support to families, your presence can bring peace and reassurance. This role isn’t about having the right words—it’s about being there.
Specialized training will be provided. Volunteers will receive Palliative Care training that takes approximately 5+ hours.
Your compassion can make a lasting difference.
We are recruiting ages 18+. Days and times will vary.
Adequate conversational English is required in order that the individual be able to take direction, understand how to complete job tasks, communicate adequately with visitors and co-workers as necessary, understand and follow safety guidelines as well as hospital and department policies.
