2025 Food/Hygiene Drives - 2025 Letter Carrier Food Drive - Driver

Date: Saturday, May 10, 2025

Time: 8:45am -1:00pm (lunch/snacks provided)

Location: 300 N Packerland Dr, GB.

We need 6 volunteers to drive for one of the mail routes and assist in collecting food for the postal carrier's food drive.

Drivers must be 18 years or older and will be paired with an assistant, who will pick up and load the food into the vehicle. Drivers will use either a Salvation Army vehicle (if you are an approved driver) or your own vehicle. After completing your route volunteers will then report back to the West Side Post Office on Packerland Drive and drop off donations.

The route will take about 3 hours to complete. Please wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather. This is a rain or shine activity. 

Qualifications Required

  • Age Category Must be at least 18 or older
  • How much can you lift comfortably? Must be at least 30lbs
  • If you have a driver's license, please indicate which type? Must be at least General
