Are you running the Vineyard Hill Trail Run on August 23? Would you like to lead a pace group at our preview run?

You can sign up, even if you don't know the course -- we will mark it in advance! We may need some help setting up a pop up canopy and snacks.

This run is the 5k, but if you'd like to do a second lap to make it 10k, you are more than welcome! 

We will have some treats afterwards at the finish line. As a thank-you, we'll bring some swag for volunteers!
