Pleasant Ridge - Summer Reading Special Events Teen Volunteer
Do you enjoy working with children? Have an interest in encouraging reading and facilitating engagement during special library events? The Pleasant Ridge Branch of the Cincinnati and Hamilton County Public Library is seeking Teen volunteers to serve as Special Events Assistants during our Summer Reading program. Special Events support is essential in our branches so that librarians have the assistance they need to offer fun and interactive programming all Summer long!
Necessary skills and qualifications: Interest in working with children, excellent customer service, attention to detail, enthusiasm for connecting with others, dependability.
Requirements: Minimum age 13 years old; ability to lift up to 15 pounds and carry a min of 2 feet; Ability to reach, bend, and stoop to reach shelves; Completed application; Interview.
