Join the SDSU Sacramento Alumni Chapter for a hands-on morning of community service as we give back to our local community! We are partnering with Sacramentos Department of Youth, Parks & community Enrichment (YPCE) to refresh and care for Artivio Guerrero Park, ensuring it remains a vibrant, clean, and welcoming space for neighborhood families.

Tasks may include:

• Spreading Mulch
• Pulling weeds
• Deep watering trees
• Disinfecting play structures and picnic tables.

All Tools and supplies will be provided 

Volunteers are encouraged to dress for the weather in closed-toe shoes and to bring reusable gloves if possible.

Coffee and Donuts will be provided for volunteers. 

Youth groups and students can get credit for volunteer hours by participating in this event.
