Please join Sacramento's Department of Youth, Parks, and Community Enrichment (YPCE) Community Gardens Program for a fun and rewarding morning of helping maintain healthy and vibrant community gardens.
Volunteers will assist with:
- weeding
- mulching
- turning compost.
All tools and equipment will be provided.
We ask that you:
- Dress for the weather in comfortable clothing you don't mind getting dirty.
- Wear closed toe shoes
- Bring a refillable water bottle.
- Consider bringing a hat and/or sunscreen.
All are welcome! Bring a friend!
