General Volunteer Interests - Driver

We are looking for someone who has a heart for serving others and would like to drive our program participants to and from our programs!

We have a lot to offer families, children, and seniors. However, less and less individuals are able to transport themselves. We don't want anyone to miss out on the wonderful opportunities available to the community. Please consider sparing some time to do pick ups or drop offs throughout the week.

Times and days are flexible with one of our needs at this time to find a volunteer available on Wednesdays from 11am-2pm to drive the transit van to pick up seniors from their home and drive them back to their home. 

Please note this position will require a background check and motor vehicle report (there is no cost to the volunteer).  Individuals who indicate their interest via this online volunteer system will be contacted with further details about the volunteer position.  

 

Qualifications Required

  • Background Check
  • If you have a driver's license, please indicate which type? Must be at least General
  • Safe From Harm Training Must be at least Basic
