Immediate volunteer driver positions available for the New Hope Program New Glasgow (Class 5)
Volunteer Transportation programs and services are critical in meeting the mobility needs of vulnerable populations.
Nova Scotia Health operates a passenger van for purposes of client transportation to and from the New Hope site in New Glasgow and for off-site programs / events that are run by various programs and groups. The objective of this service is to improve client access to programs, and to facilitate group-based outings for clients thereby improving their quality of life. Volunteer Drivers will participate in a schedule of drivers to ensure consistent availability of the van service.
