Do you enjoy meeting new people and making a difference in your community? Do you have 4 to 5 hours a week to give and can commit to at least one year?
Located in the heart of the hospital, the Red Thread Gift Shop is a welcoming oasis for patients, families, and healthcare staff. Our vibrant, volunteer-powered shop provides a meaningful retail experience while supporting patient care through its proceeds.
We are currently looking for enthusiastic, compassionate volunteers to join our team!
Volunteer Responsibilities

Provide warm, friendly customer service

Handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system

Stay active and engaged during a 4–5 hour shift

Help maintain a clean and inviting retail space

Commit to a regular weekly shift — or join our casual spare list

Tuesdays: 12:45-5:15 PM
- Fridays: 4:45-7:30 PM
Casual Spare Volunteers Welcome!
Prefer a more flexible commitment? We also welcome spare shift volunteers who are available for 2–3 shifts per month on an as-needed basis.
