Cheltenham First Stop
Cheltenham First Stop provides information and advice relating to benefits and debt from one easily accessible location.
Volunteers are needed to support, advise and assist clients with their welfare needs.
Volunteers on the helpdesk manage the flow of visitors to the building, providing the welcome and first point of contact whilst signposting users to the appropriate service. There may also be some reception support needed such as phone calls or form filling for the service users and other administrative tasks.
