Our volunteer corp greets visitors from around the globe and helps make their stay in Cincinnati USA more enriching. Volunteer Visitor Center ambassadors assist guests with recommendations on attractions, restaurants, tours, shopping, hotels, events and attractions in Cincinnati to match guests' interests.
To apply to become a Visitor Center ambassador, please fill out the information through this web page and submit a background check form to the Cincinnati Police Department. Once both of those are received, we will contact you about scheduling a training session. Thank you for your interest!
