Family Fun Night: Silent Auction
The planning committee will coordinate the Silent Auction. Volunteers are needed to help prepare, make and distribute flyers and communicate information to teachers via the VSC. The silent auction team will solicit, collect, organize and enter all silent auction items collected from classroom and community donations in to our online silent auction site the 2-3 weeks before family fun night. The online silent auction runs the week of family fun night and closes the night of the event.
