Book Fair: Planning Committee
BOOK FAIR: February
Book Fair Co-coordinators and Planning Committee: Volunteers are needed to organize, setup, promote, and oversee Oxbow Creek’s annual Book Fair. The co-coordinators plan and work with Scholastic Book Fair representatives and the Media Center staff to organize the event. The Planning Committee assists the co-coordinators starting in early January.
Book Fair Assistance: Help is needed with setup, cleanup, decorating, cashiering, and assisting children in finding just the right book. Proceeds are used to expand the selection in our Media Center. Shifts are needed during the day and evening and are usually about 2 hours long. Helping at the Book Fair is fun and a great way to meet/see students and other parents.
