Enrichment: Word Masters Group Leader
Word Masters Group Leader: Word Masters is a national contest for students in grades 3-8 that encourages growth in vocabulary and verbal reasoning. This contest helps students learn to think both analytically and metaphorically, by challenging students to complete analogies based on special vocabulary lists. A Word Masters volunteer would lead a small group of 8-10 students for one hour each week. Materials are provided.
