FRONT OF HOUSE AT THE NATIONAL HOSPITAL 

Days: Monday tuesday, thursday & Friday 

ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

The role involves welcoming patients and visitors at the NHNN, main entrance (Albany Wing) and

escorting them to their destination as needed. Volunteers are asked to put the patient at ease, so

they feel comfortable in what can be confusing circumstances.
