The Salvation Army - Niles

CHRISTMAS IS HERE!!!!

Christmas is here and that means our busiest time of the year.  Bell ringers, toy shop elves, set-up and tear down, not to mention the extra need in the food pantry this time of year as well.

We always need volunteers to ring bell during our 'Red Kettle Campaign'.  And this year it is so easy to sign-up.  You can call the office or simply go to "registertoring.com", type in "Niles MI" or "492120" and you can see every available shift and location from now through Christmas Eve, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We always need help with the set-up and sorting of toys and gifts for the Christmas Toy Shoppe, elves for the Toy Shoppe itself, and then the tear-down and clean-up afterwards.

Of course one of those biggest needs this time of year is in our Food Pantry.  Our pantry is always in need of people throughout the week to come in for 2 - 4 hours during the day to help us sort donations, stock shelves, make up bags, etc.  If you have a couple of hours a week, won't you consider coming in and helping us, even just 1 day a week?

Please remember most of our volunteer hours of availability will normally be during the weekday - Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8am and 4 pm, but during this time of year we have many volunteer hours available on the weekends and some  evenings.

Won't you prayerfully consider giving of your time, even if just 1 day a week or month.  WE CAN ALWAYS USE YOUR HELP.

Give Tim, our Coordinator of Volunteer Services a call - 269.684.2660

PLEASE HELP US HELP OTHERS!

WE CANNOT DO THE MOST GOOD, WITHOUT ALL OF YOU!  CALL TODAY!
