Town of Wasaga Beach

Community Events involve Volunteers in all areas within the Recreation department including; programs, engaging the public,  welcome ambassadors,providing information supervising refreshment areas, in addition to more specialized roles during certain events.  

Adults 18 years and over, must have a current Vulnerable Sector Screening on file. This process is free for Volunteers but does take approximately 2-3 weeks to process, and is completed after Volunteer has attended the Department Volunteer information session.

Youth Centre Grill Team, Community Soup'er Meal Program, Annual Tournaments - all ages,March Break Fun Zone to name a few
