Volunteer Area – Grill Team –

Position Purpose / Goals – Help with serving/making cotton candy, drinks and other food items offered at Grill Team BBQs and events.

Tasks 

  • Help with the sale of grill team food
  • Help with providing customer service
  • Work alongside other grill team members
  • Help with cashing out customers
  • Help with clean-up of grill team tent

 

Qualifications

Minimum age: 14 or  18 yrs and older Requires VSSC police check

  • Customer Service Oriented Individual
  • Friendly, outgoing
  • Posses good communication skills  
  • Willing to work with a team  
  • Consistent and reliable 
  • Comfortable serving food
  • Available during the week and weekend
  • Safe Food Handling Certificate Considered an Asset

Uniform

  • Volunteer t-shirt
  • Closed-toe shoes

 

Training (provided)

  • Online and on-site training

  • Demographic Age Group *optional Must be at least Adult - 18 years of age or older
