Barnet

We are recruiting for volunteers to cover our new charity desks at Barnet hospital, located on the ground and second floors of the hospital. 

As a volunteer you will be a point of contact for patients and all visitors to the hospital who may need support in locating a department or redirecting patients who have gone to the wrong place. You will meet and greet visitors, help them find the department they are looking for and assist them with any general enquires they may have. As a volunteer you will be friendly and helpful and enjoy meeting and assisting members of the public.  

Volunteers will be required to be confident in working independently as well as part of a team at the desks and have good verbal communication and customer service skills as the desk will be located where they can be easily approached. The desks are high, the ability to stand for the duration of a shift, which will be 2/3 hours would be required.
