Working as a team and providing excellent customer service at the General & VIP Check-in area. During the check-in process you will be collecting donations, participant data, and distributing credentials. Work with your team and employee partners to ensure an excellent experience.

- Represent Baycrest in a positive light and communicate the accurate messaging.
- Providing excellent customer care to ensure a memorable participant experience.
- Work together with employee partners when required, share feedback
- Check-in, data collection, donation collection and participant materials.
