Role Overview
To plan and lead the Sewing Program at Laverton Community Hub.
Volunteer Program Description
Participants in the sewing program attend to learn the basic techniques of garment construction, sewing skills, and simple pattern alterations. Participants also share skills amongst each other and are required to bring their own sewing machine, garment patterns, fabrics and threads, and accessories.
