Volunteer Requirements
- Proof of annual flu vaccine
- Completed volunteer application
Non-Students:
- Background check (volunteers over 18 years old)
- PPD (TB) patch test (which can be done here in our clinic)
Minimum age to volunteer is 14 yrs. old
We do not have community service court appointed volunteer opportunities
