Social Services - Food Shelf Assistant
The Salvation Army Noble- Brooklyn Park location is serving families and individuals in our community.
Volunteers are needed to help pack boxes/bags, assist with unloading food deliveries, stocking the pantry, reorganizing stock, inventory, sanitizing food distribution area, among other tasks. It is helpful to have the ability to lift heavier items 25-50 lbs.
Shifts that are available:
Mondays 10:00 - 1:30 pm (food box packing and unloading delivery)
Thursdays: 10:00 - 12:00 pm (food box packing/unpacking and loading shelves)
Fridays: 9:00 am-12:00 pm (unpacking and loading shelves)
Fridays: 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm (unpacking and loading shelves)
Please note that shift times may vary depending on the amount of work to complete as well as the number of volunteers that are assisting.
