How to apply to be a Master Gardener at Virginia Cooperative Extension (VCE) Program of Central Shenandoah Valley. The program fee of $250.00 must be paid in two payments. An initial payment of $150.00 must be paid before or by October 31. You will be notified by the first week of December if your application is accepted. If you are not accepted, the initial program fee will be returned.
Initial payment of $150 (checks only) must be mailed after the completion of your application but no later than the end of October. Make checks out to CSVMGA and mailed to CSVMGA, 965 Pleasant Valley Rd. Harrisonburg, VA 22801. Credit cards are not accepted at this time.
As part of the application process an interview is required. Interviews will be conducted between the date of your application and November 30th .
Second payment of $100 is due upon acceptance into the program and must be paid by credit card online to VCE/Tech. Instructions for making the final payment will be included in your acceptance letter.
