PRC Foster Program

Our Junior Foster Ambassador initiative is an exciting engagement opportunity that gives young community members the chance to support shelter animals through PRC’s Foster Program. Through safe, creative, and impactful activities, ambassadors and their families can make a real difference in the lives of pets in need—from home and within the community!

Foster families must have a parent or guardian over the age of 18 complete an application as the point of contact for our coordinators. We do advise that all participation be supervised by an adult at all times to ensure the health and safety for everyone in the program.

Foster hours may or may not be accepted for academic programs. If interested in participating for potential school programs, please contact your academic representatives for approval of the foster program opportunities prior to submission.
