The Whyalla Hospital Auxiliary operate the Whyalla Hospital Kiosk which is open 6 days a week and provides quality catering options for staff seminars, workshops etc. when requested.
The kiosk is largely run by volunteers, these volunteers freshly cook, bake, make and create a delightful array of freshly made meals, snacks and beverages, and meals to both visitors and hospital staff, ensuring everyone has access to nourishing and delicious options throughout the day. The dedicated volunteers who run the kiosk, assist in keeping the kiosk spotless, serving customer and money handling and are always ready with a warm smile and friendly conversation, making it a cherished part of the hospital community. Additionally, the funds raised through the kiosk sales contribute to enhancing hospital facilities and services, supporting the well-being of patients and staff alike.
Hours - Monday to Friday 9am until 2pm/Saturday 10am until 2pm
Training - Annual Mandatory Training Required
Food Safety Certificate Required
