Have you used Birmingham City Council’s voice automation or chatbot services recently? Whether it was a quick call or a visit to our website, your experience matters - and they’re listening. They’re working to make these tools easier to use, clearer, and more helpful for everyone. To do that, they need your help! By sharing your experiences, you’ll help them understand how well these services are working for you and where they can improve - especially when it comes to accessibility for tenants and residents. Voice automation helps guide you through services over the phone using pre-recorded menus. Their chatbot is a virtual assistant on the BCC website that can answer questions, assist with tasks, and provide information. But they know that technology isn’t always one-size-fits-all. Your feedback will help them identify any challenges you face and ensure their services are inclusive and accessible to everyone in our community.
