Birmingham City Council want the council’s brand to reflect not just what the Council does, but what it stands for. To achieve this, it’s important that the identity comes from a sense of place and shared values.  People who live and work in Birmingham are at the heart of this, so involving them ensures the brand feels authentic and resonates with the community. Their input will help create something that truly represents Birmingham and strengthens trust in the Council. They invite you to take part in a survey about what Birmingham means to you and how the Council can reflect that pride and identity in the way they communicate and work.
