Sighted Guide - Tour/Field Trip/Excursion, 1:1 Appointment/Errand/Shopping - Farmer's Market at Daley Plaza
Each Thursday throughout the Spring, Summer, and Autumn months volunteers are needed to serve as Sighted Guides, escorting BSC clients from our office to the Farmer's Market at Daley Plaza, (about a 3-block walk,) to assist with choosing produce and other offerings, and then return to BSC.
This activity takes place each Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. The Farmer's Market runs from May 22, 2025, through October 30, 2025
Sighted Guide training is offered as part of the Volunteer Application Process.
