The Karsh Family Social Service Center

Looking for an eco-friendly way to build community and help our members look and feel their best? This year, our team is excited to pilot a new program, the Karsh Community Closet, focused on providing new and gently used clothing to our community members who participate in our food pantry programs.

An ideal volunteer for this role enjoys organizing, helping transform a space, and will help make sure everything is ready for the event! From steaming clothes to hanging signs and everything in between, your support will help prepare us for a great event.

Whether you have an eye for fashion, enjoy organizing, or just want to connect with the community, the Karsh Community Closet is a great place to volunteer!

This role entails some physical elements, and volunteers may be expected to lift, move, and carry items. Accommodations can be made to ensure this role is suited to our volunteers.

Due to limited space, only registered volunteers will be permitted to participate. You do not need to volunteer for the entire duration of the shift. All participants must have their own Volunteer Impact account.
