Merchandise

We sell a variety of merchandise through our online shop as well as at markets, community stalls and other events that we attend. 

 

There are a variety of roles and tasks within our merchandise team:  

 

Merchandise Coordinator  

 

Product Design & Review 

  • Research & source new products as needed,
  • Review how well existing products are performing e.g., total sales; cost vs benefit etc. 

Order Processing & Management 

  • International: liaise with overseas customers by email, regarding postage and payment options before forwarding orders to administration for packing and posting  
  • Domestic: forward orders to administration for packing and posting 
  • Administration - update order handling procedures as required

 
Online Store 

  • Manage content, load new products to the website including physical and virtual and third-party providers 

  • Virtual Products e.g. Goodwill Wine, E-cards, My Giving Circle, etc 
  • Identify opportunities, develop & manage 
  • Product Promotion via the website and Social Media Coordinator 
  • Budget and Planning in conjunction with the Promotions Coordinator 

Purchasing Coordinator 

  • Re-ordering of existing products as required 
  • Liaise with Merchandise Coordinator and Stock Control Coordinator 
  • Obtain quotes and manage new versions of existing products e.g., books  
  • Coordinate annual Calendar and Christmas Card production in liaison with our Graphics team 

 Stock Control  

  • Manage receipt & storage of all orders 
  • Monthly stock-take & reporting
