Port Stephens Koala & Wildlife Preservation Society Limited

As Port Stephens Koala Hospital is a not-for-profit organisation, fundraising plays a very important role.  Examples of some of our activities include:
 

• Merchandise and information tables set up at various venues such as shopping centres.  
• Market days 
• Bunnings BBQ's etc.
   

As a member of the Fundraising team, in addition to working at various events, you may also be involved in activities, such as: 

• Booking events, 
• Preparing a volunteer roster, 
• Packing of stock tubs, 
• Booking equipment for the event e.g. marquee, banner, tables, chairs etc. 
• Setting up and packing up on the day of the event, 
• Assisting with unpacking and finally reconciling the days takings.
  
  

There will always be a team of volunteers to assist and training is provided by the Fundraising Coordinator.
