Mission Statement

Our mission is to enhance existing police services and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.

The Roseville Police Department requires a minimum of one (1) year of volunteer service. All police volunteer applicants must fill out a volunteer application, attend an oral panel interview, submit to a background check, fingerprinting and a computerized voice stress analysis, similar to a polygraph. The background process can take six (6) to eight (8) weeks to complete.
